difficult regulation bad breakfast
the location met my expectations. it was close to the ferries.
the shower was difficult to regulate. when the water finally became hot, it was boiling hot. when i tried to make it cooler, it went straight to really cold. also, i paid for breakfast in the package, and it was really bad!!!

harbour views are amazing
perfect location spa tub harbour view
the location is perfect and i could walk everywhere easily. my room included a kitchen, laundry, and large bathroom with a spa tub. the balcony had a lovely view of the harbour, a big plus.
The breakfast arrangement was unusual. I was only allowed one of each item from the menu.

the hotel features a pizzeria with tasty food attached to it, this provides a convenient dining option. the lift provides direct access to the promenade and wharfs, a great feature for easy access. the pool should be promoted as an amenity better.

Breakfast is served ala carte style, i noted this is quality over quantity. most menu items tasted good here. the menu allows one main, side, coffee, and juice. Breakfast options are restrictive.

david was responsive and helpful , i appreciated his assistance. staff were helpful and friendly, i thank them. i had called previously with questions, staff spoke english well.

the apartment was spacious and very clean, i noticed this. my room had a bath, it was amazing. the room included a washing machine and dryer, i used them. the harbour view from the balcony was worth it.

Subpar experience despite location
cockroach problem unhelpful staff
The location was great for accessing key attractions.
I was quite disappointed with the upkeep. Our One-Bedroom Apartment Harbour View was not clean. I saw cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff response to this issue was unhelpful as they struggled to find any spray.
